East to West exist to bring hope to young lives. Focusing on the wellbeing and mental health needs of children, young people and families, we work in partnership with schools and hospitals, pioneering the delivery of Relational Support Work, a relational approach to pastoral care, which puts young people at the heart of the response. Since we started 26 years ago, more than 36,000 children, young people and families have experienced hope through east to west.
