Momentum Children’s Charity supports families across London, Surrey and Sussex whose children are facing cancer or a life-challenging illness. We’re there whatever the outcome, for as long as needed, so that no family has to cope alone. By offering personally tailored practical and emotional support both in hospital and at home to every child referred to us from our partner hospitals, we’ve been able to support hundreds of families through the hardest of times, so that they can keep moving forward.
