"South East and Central Essex Mind is your local independent mental health charity based in Southend. We serve the Castle Point, Chelmsford, Rochford, Southend and South Woodham Ferrers areas helping support local peoplel people with their mental health and wellbeing needs. We rely entirely on your kind donations and fundraising to help fund our services and work in the community.
We provide supported housing, counselling for both adults and children, PACE support, mental health training and mental health signposting to anyone who needs it.
We are a 'Local Mind', seperate from the well known national charity.There are around 110 Local Minds in the UK, each responsible for their own funding. We rely entirely on fundraising and your kind donations to help run our services and our work in the community. Every penny raised for SECE Mind helps us make a difference to people’s lives."
