Our helplines provide free, confidential and independent tax advice to people on low incomes across the UK. Employers’ mistakes, financial changes due to the loss of a life partner, working two jobs, an error on a tax form, and even simply moving house and missing a communication from HMRC can lead to tax problems. When someone calls our helpline, we are there for them every step of the way and never leave a case unresolved.
