"Wirral Hospice St John’s has been provides care and support for people with complex life-limiting illnesses. We also support carers and loved ones: families are at the heart of everything we do.
Every patient is an individual, with choices around what sort of care they would like, and where they would like to receive it. Our services are tailored to each persons needs to improve quality of life and help relieve some of the stress that a serious illness brings.
We have a variety of specialist services to help us meet each individual’s needs: Inpatients ward, Outpatients’ clinic, Wellbeing Centre (day services) and Hospice at Home, as well as family support services. Our services are free of charge due to the kind support of our wonderful community, every penny counts and helps us to make a real difference to the care we provide for our patients and those important to them."
